With over 10 years of senior management experience across Business Development, Commercial Operations and Marketing- my roles have allowed me to engage and build strong relationships with digital and business leaders across Public and Private Sectors. Working directly with Local Providers, Primary Care Networks and Integrated Care Systems, I find the most invigorating projects are those which draw collaboration of knowledge, experiences, strategy and solutions to tackle complex challenges and enable transformation and tangible outcomes.

I enjoy the whole process of identifying, planning and implementing digital developments that make a sustainable improvement and impact for staff and/or patients; from complex strategic enterprise-wide solutions to tactical optimisation of existing solutions. I began working independently as a consultant after 17 years working in the NHS developing and implementing information and technology strategies to support service transformation and delivering complex IT enabled change programmes.
Working in the commercial creative services sector and running my own digital agency, my passion was always about achieving creative excellence in delivering my client’s brief. Now, after 15 years working in and for the public health and care sector, I’ve maintained this fundamental passion, but added a drive to deliver real impact and value for service users and health and care professionals.
Jonathan spent 14 years at Gartner where he was Research VP in the healthcare team. Based initially in the US he moved to the UK, becoming the lead healthcare analyst for international markets. He then spent 4 years at the Advisory Board Company where he launched and led a global research and advisory service serving healthcare providers and vendors. Subsequently he ran an independent consulting firm, providing advice to IT vendors and service providers on product strategy, marketing and communications.
Rebecca is a health enthusiast with a keen interest in holistic approaches to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She loves to build strong collaborative relationships with clients as this is the key to successful project outcomes. She joined the Clarity Practice after ten years of building relationships and supporting users of niche clinical applications. Her expertise lies in the designing, developing and supporting the implementation of new software with leading clinical experts within the NHS and private sectors.
Having over 20 years of experience in the NHS, initially as a programmer and then as a project manager, Dominic has taken projects through the whole life-cycle, from initial one-line brief, through requirements & procurement, to implementation and realisation of benefits. His technical background allows him to translate between experts and decision-makers and he enjoys the variety of new challenges that every project brings, as well as being part of the ‘temporary family’ created to deliver them.
George is a recent graduate who has worked in client facing roles for the last six years. Having worked across the country and on the continent, he enjoys and understands the value of building and maintaining strong working relationships. Combined with his keen interest in technology, George enjoys being part of the digital development of our health and public sector services.
