How does an Integrated Care Partnership take stock of its digital progress during the COVID-19 pandemic and ready itself for closer working within an ICS organisation?
The Clarity Practice will be helping Rotherham Integrated Care Partnership and its CCG to answer this very question as part of a new project commissioned ahead of the formation of ICSs as a legal entity in April 2022.
Whilst ICS organisations have existed for some time, these budding legal entities may take some time to form and implement digital initiatives that will positively impact population health and patient care at a local level.
Whilst this important organisational development is taking place, it will be very important to make sure that local digital initiatives are not mothballed and that place level leaders have the tools in place to articulate their plans to their ICS colleagues and ensure that the voice of the populations they serve is incorporated into the development of ICS strategies.
The project will involve experts from The Clarity Practice working closely with Rotherham’s stakeholders and leaders to build a detailed picture of the needs of the population, current and planned initiatives along with a charter that articulates the future of local digital services.
Our repeatable process can be used at any level of an organisation and enables those at place level to create digital roadmaps to be continued within new ICS entities - plans which began with the creation of CCG Local Digital Roadmaps.
The Clarity Practice has experienced a period of significant growth since its launch in 2020 and will be releasing details of three further client projects in the coming days. It will also begin an imminent recruitment process to support future growth plans.
