In the second of four new client projects, The Clarity Practice is delighted to announce that our team are working with Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust to develop its next generation Digital Strategy. The project involves working with the Trust’s leadership team, key stakeholders and digital team to define vision for the role technology will play in a modern Mental Health and Community provider, along with a strategy and delivery roadmap to bring it to fruition.
As well as strengthening the important technology foundations already laid by the Trust, the strategy will also define how leading edge innovations such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) could support the Trust’s services and the population it serves in the future. This will be particularly important in the coming months and years, as the plans in recent NHSE and NHSX policies are implemented and health and care service delivery in community and primary care settings becomes more common within an Integrated Care System (ICS) and at Place.
